One in 133 people have celiac disease, an allergy to gluten which is a protein found in wheat. If you decide to try eating gluten-free, make sure you are getting enough vitamins. Many gluten products like bread are enriched with other nutrients and if you are not eating a well balanced diet, this can cause you to stop getting some important vitamins.
