After my cleanse, I have wanted lots of vegan things. It's weird. I will never put a label on my diet but I have not missed meat at all. I have been eating fish too.#vegan #bpcleanse

Well fish is meat ๐ but that’s pretty awesome. Have you watched any of that doctor on PBS who talks about high micronutrient foods? His thing is GOMBS -- greens onions mushrooms berries/beans and seeds for maximum health. Works for me!
