I haven’t tried SoyJoy in a few years since they first came out. They definitely changed the recipe and yes, it is a joy to snack on officially. My favorite flavor is this Mango Coconut. It has 140 calories, 6 g of fat, 16 g of carbs, 3 g of fiber and 4 g of protein. Not bad! They are also gluten-free.
They were nasty back in the day… I haven’t tried them recently. Perhaps I will give them a second chance!
I tried it 2 years ago and I remember I got the blueberry one. I thought it was going to be crunchy, but it was softer. I wish it was more moist if it wasn’t going to be crunchy. The taste was pretty good though, not going to lie. I would be willing to give it another shot ;).

Ohh I haven’t tried these. The question is though: How much sugar?? That’s always a make or break for me when buying snack bars and cereal. Gotta be 10g or less!
