Today I am sharing my Ultimate Booty Bootcamp workout that is sure to make even the most fit reader’s backside sore. That’s what I’m here for after all. This video is shot in real time without any equipment but if you have a pair of dumbbells and/or kettle bell, it will make this already difficult workout even more challenging. Best of all, it only take 12 minutes to complete! No excuses this summer, you guys. Watch the video, do it along with me or on your own using the pin-worthy graphic below. This workout features my all time favorite butt lifting moves mixed in with a little cardio to melt off the fat just in time for summer.

Here is how you complete a stacked workout. You will be doing each move for a total of 30 seconds each time. You do move #1 and then you take a break for 30 seconds. Then you do move #1, followed by move #2 and then take a 30 second break. Then you do move #1, move #2, and move #3 back to back. Take a 30 second break and then add on move #4. Get it? The moves get progressively harder.
- Move #1 is Squat with Leg Lift (add dumbbells for challenge)
- Move #2 is a Jump Split Lunge
- Move #3 is a Single Leg Squat
- Move #4 is a Kettlebell Swing (add ketttlebell for challenge)
- Move #5 is a Donkey Kick Plank
- Move #6 is a Jump Back Burpee

Haha -- they have two rises -- I wore the really high up one in this video. They have one that is not as high up.
Hi! Been reading more and more on the importance of training glutes as they get neglected by many activities such as running and cycling and their strength is important for overall nody balance and injury prevention much like the core. So I am going to try this workout and see how I do!
