What a difference a year makes. I can’t believe just 12 months ago that we were bracing for a serious snow storm here in New England… it’s going to be in the 50’s here by Friday! It was also a year ago that I “went out hard” and woke up with a festive hangover. I remember thinking I wanted to get in a workout early Thursday but between the snow and hangover, that didn’t happen. I think I did a short yoga sequence to try to help me feel better.
I designed this yoga flow sequence for energy with people like me in mind. It stretches out all my favorite body parts, is bump friendly (but not catered towards prenatal yogis), and challenging just enough to give you an actual burn. Yep. This sequence includes some push ups and 2 60 second plank holds. Do this routine Thursday morning in addition to your regular workout or on it’s own.
