    Yes! Since I love my coffee in the mornings, I have to consciously remember to drink water too. Over the past year or so, I have been filling up a tall glass of water to alongside my coffee, and make sure to finish it with my daily vitamins. It’s been a great morning routine 🙂

    Yes this is a great tip! I drink lots of water everyday but not always so much first thing in the morning -- I am going to start doing this now 🙂
