Tone and Barre Blast at BTone in Boston
Today I took the new lunch time class Tone and Barre Blast at BTone Fitness in Boston. Including my 1 mile run to the studio, I burned 560 calories! Stay tuned for my review on the blog next week!

I’m testing out how to automatically post pics from Instagram into my blog. Today’s breakfast was a combination of 1/2 a banana, plain Greek yogurt, stevia to sweeten, and handful of Rip’s big bowl breakfast from Whole Foods as a granola alternative!
