I need to do more ab workouts. I do what’s easy which is usually 30 minutes on the bike. Strength training is so much harder for me and is why that’s where my results are most obvious. Why, oh why is it so hard for me to just do a silly 10 minute ab workout? This is a favorite routine where I’ve combined some of the most effective and challenging moves for women, postpartum or not.
