Now that I am no longer running or doing some of my other favorite exercises, I am practicing a lot more yoga. Hesitant to go to regular classes at first, I stuck with a few prenatal videos to do at home. Here is a short 15 minute flow shot with my friend and yoga rock star Erica Bornstein of YogaWorks Boston.
You of course can do this if you are not pregnant and looking for a short sequence with a little meditation, stretching and strengthening at home.
You need just a clean area. Yoga blocks, a pillow or mat are helpful but you can use make shift items found at home.
