If you hate headlines on magazine covers like me, sorry for this one. Apparently, people don’t watch workout videos unless you tell your audience what the said video will do. Flatter abs? Check. Higher butt? Yes, please! I am not a huge fan of these types of titles but I’ve noticed that people don’t want to watch a “6 minute ab workout”. They want an ab workout that will give them a flatter stomach, six pack abs and moves that will help them lose their love handles fast.

It doesn’t matter that of course none of these will be true if you eat too many calories and have weight to lose. Sure, you’ll see some definition and your midsection will look tighter, but you won’t see results quick if you don’t follow a sensible diet.Tighter Tummy Ab Workout

Today’s new YouTube ab workout video is a follow along one, shot postpartum. It was supposed to be 10 minutes long but I cut it short because it was really hard! So, it’s only 6 minutes long. It’s great for anyone that wants a good ab workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection for bikini season.

    I love your channel! I watch your videos on my Roku!
    So I notice myself having a problem while doing many ab workouts… It literally feels like my tailbone is digging into the ground (whether I am on a mat or not) and it is very painful! Like if I try to do a C-curve type position… or when I start to do sit ups and begin to bring my back to the ground -- it really hurts my tailbone. Is this because I just don’t have enough of a butt? LOL I don’t know if its because I need to be adjusted by a chiropractor or something either. It just seems like my tailbone is sticking out and it doesn’t ever seem like anyone else doing these positions/workouts is having the same issue. I would love to do some of your pilates fusion videos, teasers, and things like that but it is so painful that I end up having incorrect form or I just give up. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do to help with the pain? Should I put a thick blanket under neath me or would that mess up my form? Please get back to me, I do not have any social media accounts so I cannot ask on those platforms.
