If you hate headlines on magazine covers like me, sorry for this one. Apparently, people don’t watch workout videos unless you tell your audience what the said video will do. Flatter abs? Check. Higher butt? Yes, please! I am not a huge fan of these types of titles but I’ve noticed that people don’t want to watch a “6 minute ab workout”. They want an ab workout that will give them a flatter stomach, six pack abs and moves that will help them lose their love handles fast.
It doesn’t matter that of course none of these will be true if you eat too many calories and have weight to lose. Sure, you’ll see some definition and your midsection will look tighter, but you won’t see results quick if you don’t follow a sensible diet.
Today’s new YouTube ab workout video is a follow along one, shot postpartum. It was supposed to be 10 minutes long but I cut it short because it was really hard! So, it’s only 6 minutes long. It’s great for anyone that wants a good ab workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection for bikini season.
