I got a lot of requests for my daily meals while I was toning up for my shoot last week in Malibu. This was one of my staples recipes. I made a batch on Monday and would have at least one a day until Saturday. I would add veggies as a side or put it on top of a salad, all chopped up. It is not dry and has a ton of flavor.
