Looking for a healthy and affordable recipe to make on Sunday for dinner during a busy week? This healthy turkey meatloaf recipe uses ground turkey, oatmeal and a variety of spices for a flavorful dish. It is one of my most popular blog posts here on SarahFit.com so I decided to make it into a video recipe. Watch below or get the healthy meatloaf recipe here.
I got a lot of requests for my daily meals while I was toning up for my shoot last week in Malibu. This was one of my staples recipes. I made a batch on Monday and would have at least one a day until Saturday. I would add veggies as a side or put it on top ofย a salad, all chopped up. It is not dry and has a ton of flavor.
If you make this recipe, let me know if you made any spice swaps and how it turned out!
I love using ground turkey in recipes! Last night, I made turkey meatballs and served it on top of spaghetti squash. Tonight, I’m making turkey chili, so I’ll be able to eat the leftovers for lunch all week. I’m definitely putting this turkey meatloaf recipe on my meal plan for next week!
Looks yum, a great idea for cooking something hearty for my husband so I can freeze the rest. I don’t like touching meat either. Used to not bother me but now with being vegan something about it just grosses me out. lol.
I made these tonight! I didnt have cumin so i used chili powder and regular mustard for dry mustard. I also used a couple tbsp of organic ketchup! I didnt have chipotle so i just skipped that ingredient. They were delicious! Put with a side salad and corn. Thanks for all your recipes and links to other ones too! I follow your blog everyday, i love it! Thanks!
I made these this weekend! They were so good. I want to make them into meatballs. I have recently started eating clean and working out regularly. Since June 25th I have lost 47 lbs. I love your blog. It has taught me so much and really helped me with my goal of becoming healthy ๐

Looks so good and easy…my favorite cooking combo! Plus anything you can make in advance for the week ahead is a double-bonus.
Love this — I’m making these this week! Gotta love make ahead meals that delicious, healthy AND easy! I just found your blog — definitely a keeper! Thanks!
I made these the other night and LOVED them. I didn’t have a muffin tin so I just made 6 mini loafs which were adorably cute. I love the idea of making meatballs with this recipe! I’m definitely going to have to try that out.
Also, if you like spice I highly recommend getting the Pirates Bite pepper grinder from The Tea and Spice Exchange (https://www.spiceandtea.com/pirates-bite-p-197.html). It’s amazing and has great flavor if you like heat!
