Ok, so I follow a person on Instagram that does these 75-90 minute total body workouts EVERY DAY. She looks unreal but I’m here to remind you that you don’t need to spend that much time in the gym for results.
This workout took me 10 minutes. I did 3 sets of 30 walking lunges with 15 lbs dumbbells after (disclaimer because I had the time, Nick was on vacation) but I was sore for days and it was just 15 minutes of my day, that’s it.
You do NOT need to do 2 workouts a day. You do not need to workout longer than 60 minutes.
If all you have is 10 minutes, you have enough time to get in a solid workout and feel like you were the hardest working Mother F*er out there today. A ten minute workout is not slacking and that’s why I love sharing these challenging quick routines. Whether you do it during nap time, before work, during lunch or after work at home, it’s a perfect booty beat down and requires no equipment.
This one is a current favorite and we did part of it in my Mommy + Me class today at Burn. Try it tonight, you won’t regret it because no one regrets a good workout that takes less time than waiting for smoothie at a juice bar in Boston.
