Depending where you live, your workout may vary based on the weather. In New England, we get fresh air in our lungs when Spring arrives but often are sidelined by rainy days in April. Here are 4 hot new indoor workout trends to try this Spring whether you are staying dry from the rain, or live down south needing to escape the heat.
Featured workouts include total body cycling like Recycle and SoulCycle, the megaformer featured at BTone and SLT in NYC, heart rate based training group exercise classes like Zone5 and Orange Theory, group fitness based rowing classes like CityRow.
This is video is sponsored by Adidas and if you can’t tell, I’m wearing some very fun outfits for each workout. The pink splice tank I wearing during the beginning and end is currently on sale for just $15!
I’m seen above modeling the Ultimate Twist three-quarter top (on sale for $22) during the rowing segment of the video as seen in the fabulous picture above taken by Lucie Wicker from our shoot last week. It can be worn as a cowl neck top or transformed into a bad ass hoodie. Light weight and bright it’s a perfect warm up shirt to wear to the gym.
I’m also rocking the Adidas Spring Blade on my feet and the Ultimate Training Splice 3/4 tights on my legs.
During the heart rate training portion of the video, I’ve got on the Boyfriend Deep V Tee. It is one of my go-to tops for working out but also hanging out. It reminds me of a super soft vintage t-shirt you just want to live in and looks ridiculous flattering. I’m wearing it in bahia mint with a night blue adidas logo detail. Underneath is the Supernova bra, my running bra of choice by adidas.
I’m also wearing my new Energy Boost 2.0 running shoes in Dark Onix above. I’ve been asked a lot of questions regarding this shoe and to say it is my favorite pair to wear for all distances is an understatement. They simply have not broken down and my pair from last June is just as comfortable as the day I put them on, dirty but highly functional. They are the most comfortable pair of athletic shoes I’ve worn in a long time! They literally make me feel like I can run faster when I’m wearing them. They are a huge part of the reason I decided to sign on with Adidas for this campaign. I couldn’t represent a brand I didn’t love to wear on my feet from Barry’s to half marathon training. They have kept my stumps healthy and pain free over the past year.
If you are wondering how I find fun fitness classes in my city and when I travel, I use GoRecess, Yelp and MindBody’s app on my iPhone.
