I’m going to the BC/Clemson football game today but woke up to hit up The Bar Method Boston. I ran there and back for a total burn of about 500 calories. Protein pancakes and iced espresso with almond milk of course for breakfast.
I really hate how terrible Instagram pictures look but on the weekends, these posts are easy. Here’s to inspiring you NOT to take the whole weekend off. I’m looking forward to my rest day tomorrow!

Since there isn’t The Bar Method in my area, do you recommend the DVD’s of the Bar method? And what heart rate monitor do you use?
The Bar Method has a few good DVD’s. I forget which one I overheard an instructor recommend. I’ll ask tomorrow when I go to class. They are great bc all you need is a pair of light weight dumbbells which are less expensive than the heavier ones! (obviously… haha)
