Beginner Dumbbell Workout, 10 Minute Stacked Routine

Last week on my cruise, the internet was pretty slow so I missed uploading a video last week – the first in probably 5 years! Crazy. Here is my newest featuring another beginner workout with dumbbells. If you are not a beginner, it’s still really challenging, just try adding a few extra pounds to the weights you’re holding!
