This workout features all my favorite backside burning moves. It’s 10 minutes long and requires no equipment, perfect to do while traveling for work or on vacation in the Caribbean! Oh how I miss Aruba. I loved the beach. Loved the food and most of all, the weather.
Aruba was the second to last location of our Fit In Paradise tour in August. We shot this video while I was 21 weeks pregnant. It was fun to do because all the moves were some of my favorites. The workout takes about 10 minutes, will have your heart rate up and your glutes burning.
It’s also a quiet workout so if you are a new mom, you can do it during nap time!
