Need some motivation this Monday morning? You’ve come to the right place. Monday is actually my favorite day of the week because it gives you a chance to start fresh.

Yes, you can start fresh on Tuesday or Wednesday or even Saturday but Monday feels like the most logical day, right? Instead of dreading it, look forward to it, to move closer towards your goals.

I’ve been thinking of taking on an exciting adventure in next few months and while it scares me, it’s scarier to think that I might look back on my life and wonder, what if?

Here are some of my favorite quotes to inspire your next adventure.

    I love these quotes! 🙂 My favourite quote is always, “Be brave, have faith, and be kind to yourself.” I heard it somewhere years ago and it’s stuck with me since I always seem to need to hear at least part of it!

    I love your take on Mondays!! I don’t have a favorite motivational quote or mantra but I enjoy perusing Pinterest daily to find some motivation. I feel like we can all have crappy situations thrown out way, but it is all in how we deal with them and view them. Love this message and thanks for the daily reminder!
