I’m not here to tell you that you should lose the baby weight whether your kiddo is 6 months, 6 years or 6 old days old. I’m here to give you a way to lose it if you want to safely without starving yourself or losing your milk supply if you are still nursing.
Try counting macros!
Before kids, I was nervous counting macros might cause me to be obsessive about what I ate. I tried weight watchers in college (when I really didn’t need it) and it made me crazy. Everything had point value! The goal was to be as low as could be.
However, I am going to tell you that tracking macros is going to have you eating more than ever, I promise and you will still see results. It will change your relationship with food. No longer will you be trying to under eat, eat 1200 calories and then binge, then restrict… I want to free you of this cycle.
