Post Cardio Ab Workout

If you are a cardio bunny, it’s time to start lifting some weights to see results. However, just doing 5 minutes of abs after a run is a great place to start if you want to work on strengthening your core for a flatter, more toned tummy. This is a follow along video that you can do any time but I suggest doing it after a kick butt interval workout like my favorite super sweaty 10:20:30 routine. Not in the mood to do it with me? Check out the photos below with reps to do on your own.

Move #1: Side Plank with Reach Around, 45 seconds each side

Repeat for a 10 minute workout! Do you prefer videos that you can follow along with or looking at the pictures and doing routines on your own?

My Summer routine consisted of 100% cardio. With Fall setting in, and my pumpkin-spiced-everything cravings are at an all time high, this post-cardio ab work out has been perfect for me. I’ve done it a few times since you’ve posted it and I feel great.

    Thanks! Love your website 🙂
