My most popular videos come from viewer requests which is why I try to always listen. This has been requested for a while and I finally filmed a quiet cardio workout that you can do while following along with me at home without equipment. This is a quick HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout.

Quiet Cardio Workout
Click on the photo above to do the workout, or right here. This workout is ideal to do first thing in the morning to get your metabolism revved up and tap into the fat stores before eating breakfast. Since it’s only 5 minutes long, don’t worry, you’re not going to use muscle for energy. This will help wake you up and start your day on the right foot. Intervals are ideal if weight loss is your goal as it efficiently uses your time to use more fat for fuel.

If you liked this workout, don’t forget to check out my other 5-min Express HIIT Workout here. It’s a little more challenge if you like that sort of thing. 😛
