I timed my next round so we will be done with the 4th of July and ready for summer. This is not a diet. You will be able to do this while on vacation. It’s the most flexible program I’ve ever done and totally doable long term.

What makes this program different is that we practice intermittent fasting with carb cycling as well as focus on strength training and HIIT workouts. We do not to long steady state cardio. We mix things up.

The first week is prep week. Each day we learn a little something about the practices that we will be implementing. We will push back the time that you eat breakfast until you have a 15-16 hour fasting a window. For me, that means I eat my “break fast” around 11 am and stop eating for the night at 8 pm. I am nursing.

Then on July 15th, we officially kick things off. If you are nursing, this program is something that you can do once you have an established supply. I waited 6 months and I recommend at least 4 months postpartum if you are nursing.
