It is Reebok! It’s great because I don’t have to wear a sports bra underneath!

It looks like a lot of the fitness bloggers I follow attended this, this morning! I think I’m going to have to give Crossfit a try, stat!
CrossFit is funny. This was the 4th time I’ve tried it. I have done the “baseline” workout twice (which is what everyone has to do). I did another at Reebok and then this one. This one was body weight. It was 1 minute of air squats, 1 minute of pushup burpees, 1 minute of sit ups -- repeat 2x. Rest of 30-sec to a minute in between exercises.
