    Wow, it amazes me how some people thrive on being negative towards others…so sad! I just discovered your blog recently and I have found the workouts and recipes to be the best around…and you have one of the best bodies too…so don’t listen to that jerk!

    Sarah, it seems with every message board or blog that I see there are “trolls”. those who come in to comment to stir the pot and make trouble. If there’s some way you can delete or block this person, then do so. This way you are nipping this in the bud period. What I’ve also come to find out is that not everyone will like us, no matter what, but it’s their problem, not ours. They don’t know our hearts and our passions, etc. You know who you are and so do we who follow your blog and videos. Don’t feed into this as then you won’t be sinking to their level. Know you are loved and cherished and keep doing what you do best girl. Hugs!

    First and foremost, you are in excellent shape. Your clean eating and dedication to a regular workout schedule are evidenced by the phenominal shape you are in! Secondly, you exemplify what a true balanced lifestyle is. Obviously this person, who could not use the common sense to figure out that 2 egg whites (approximately 35 calories) and 2 tbsp of butter (approx 200 calories) for a WHOLE pie, which typically has 8 servings, would not have a negative effect on a diet. This sad person doesn’t realize that the joy of life is to have a balanced lifestyle. Your whole point in posting this recipe was for people to see you do not need to deprive yourself of the traditions of Thanksgiving, but instead make healthier, more conscientious versions of the foods you love.

    You look amazing and are a great inspiration! Also, what is ‘thin’ anyway? Do you feel great about yourself? Are you healthy? I will never understand why people feel the need to define terms for their own enjoyment. 90% of the time they are not happy with their life and project it onto others. Misery loves company.

    You look amazing girl! Don’t let that comment get you down…you look fantastic for all of the hard work that you do…..you have a LIFESTYLE and a very healthy one. You can diet and exercise as much as you like, but having a low calorie piece of pumpkin pie is living not obessessing. The low calorie pumpkin pie recipe is obviously the better option to have than the real thing and yet still live, love and laugh with your family during the holidays. Life is about choice and balance and you have done everything right!! Keep it up Sarah you inspire me everyday!!!! 🙂

    This person has no clue what they are talking about. They are obviously jealous of you and want to make you feel worse about yourself in order to make themselves feel better. I would like to see what the person who leave the comment looks like. I bet they cannot eat eggs and butter and still look as good as you.

    Celebrities like yourself have haters…it just comes with the territory. I would not give any thought to what this person says other than feel sorry for them. Ironically, why are they following your videos if they think you have such a bad body? Envy breeds evilness. You’re a role model.

    Hello all! I was equally upset to read a comment like this on a great video that tries to encourage people to “re-vamp” recipes to be healthier! I believe this is the best way to stick to eating healthier and continue to participate in special occasions with family and friends (something very important to me!). I wanted to see who and why someone would make a comment like this and I found out that the durianriders is a supporter of raw food/low fat diet which I believe is known as the 80-10-10 diet? I find it upsetting that he stresses the benefit of this particular diet to be as thin as possible. “You aint as thin as you could be” Why is it necessary to be as thin as physically possible? Being physically fit or healthy isn’t directly related with how thin you are. If you have different opinions on what healthy eating is that’s fine, but there is a better way to express those opinions.
    Keep up the great work Sarah!!! I love your channel and blog so keep doing what you’re doing!

    This person is a 90/5/5 follower I am pretty sure, so to each their own, but for someone following such a specific and strict way of eating, to not only question someone else over their eating habits, but to also suggest they are fat because of it, that is beyond the pale. I, for one, KNOW that a lot of 90/5/5 are very sensitive to criticism they receive (along the lines of calling them anorexic and such) so I would HOPE they would show respect to other people trying to be healthy, albeit in a way that they don’t agree with. I am a raw vegan, but by no means would I ever denigrate someone over what they eat, other than if it is an analysis that is directed towards me as a health professional, and then it is not an attack, but from a nutrition standpoint.

    Tacky, tacky. Sorry that someone’s insecurities spilled out onto you.

    This reminds me of the Gabby Douglas controversy these past Olympics in London. Gabby, now America’s Sweetheart on the front page of the August 20 issue of People magazine, had just made history.

    Some lame, miserable people had the audacity to suggest her hair needed an intervention and was unkept, bla, bla, bla. Read this and be floored;
    Sarah, there are ‘professional trolls’ out there who have nothing better to do than be negative to elevate themselves out of their miserable existence. The more negative they are, the more they feel empowered.
    They will always be out there; but Karma will catch up to them, you can be sure of that!

    As an Ironman triathlete, I can tell you you have nothing to worry about. Stick to your training and eat lots. Only muscle can you chisel!

    durianrider is a crazy person who makes a bad name for raw foodists and nutrition enthusiasts. besides propagating a totally extreme and unhealthy attitude towards food, he is CRAZY and unacceptably rude. don’t take that comment to heart -- sarah, you are GORGEOUS and fit. look at a picture of durianrider -- there is absolutely no comparison in muscle tone to what you’ve got going on from all your hard work. keep doing what you’re doing!! <333
