If you follow my blog, you know I stopped running for the most part once my half marathon was over. I tried to go for an easy 4 mile jog and it quickly turned into a mile walk, 1 minute on, 2 minutes off run/walk interval and finally a mile walk home. It took me almost an hour.
Here is why I finally decided to put my favorite exercise on hold:
Really, what it comes down to is that I don’t want to do it anymore. It’s not enjoyable. My goal is to “enable your passion for healthy living.” That means helping YOU find some form of exercise you love so it doesn’t feel like work. Running feels like work and I dread it now.
Again, this is not new blog info but it is a new video. I’m also sharing why I refuse to buy maternity workout clothes… so far! Here is what I’m wearing to get by.
