I recently discovered Noodles & Company while grabbing some groceries from ALDI in Medford. I didn’t want to cook and was looking for something new to try.
At first I thought it must be another Ramen place but it turns out, they have huge salads as well as noodle dishes from around the world. The Noodles World Tour Menu offers meals inspired by Italy, Korea, Mediterranean and more including stateside areas like Napa and Wisconsin.
I ordered two salads and two noodle dishes. I figured Nick and I could share a salad and noodle dish for dinner one night and split the other two the next.
I went with the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles that uses naturally-raised steak, the Napa Market Salad with Chicken, the Chicken Veracruz Salad and the Bangkok Curry noodle bowl.
They do have a BUFF version of the Bangkok Curry that comes on a bed of spinach with twice the amount of veggies and tofu (If I wasn’t sharing with Nick, I would have gotten this). The regular version with rice noodles however was still loaded with fresh vegetables.
I loved all of them but think the Veracruz might have been my favorite. The avocado and grilled chicken tasted fresh and the corn had just been shaved.
The Korean Beef Noodles were excellent as well. I usually avoid beef from fast-ish food places but it was finely sliced and surprisingly tender. It was made with Ramen noodles tossed with a sweet and spicy Korean-style Gochujang sauce, steak, napa and red cabbage, Asian sprouts, spinach, topped with cucumber, green onions and cilantro. We reheated it and it’s hard to see the veggies but they are there!
Noodles & Company uses real ingredients. You won’t find artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners or preservatives in any of their dishes. Each one is also made fresh to order every time so you’re allowed to customize your dish if you’re a picky eater (I know a lot of these people).
Each dish is globally inspired so if you’re in the mood for Pad Thai and your kids want Italian, everyone in the family can be happy.
The best part that I discovered was that if you’re having a party, you can order serving sizes for 4-10 people. You don’t have to order to far in advance but this is a great option for families and gatherings.
When you don’t have time to be a Pinterest worthy mom, places like Noodles & Company make dinner and dinner parties less stressful.

I love the Bangkok curry so I’m wanting to try the Buff version!!
I visit the Burlington location often and love the napa market salad.
Honestly, I’ve tried Noodles & Company in our area a couple of times and was not a big fan. It seemed very overpriced for the amount of food you received and the taste was just so-so. I know a lot of people who are fans, so maybe they deserve another try! The Vearcruz looks amazing!
The BUFF bowls look really good -- probably would try the Japanese Pan!
I need to try anything but the Mac and cheese since I get that every single time I go.
I would love to try the salads and pad thai!
I would love to try some of their salads but everything looks delicious! I’ve also never been there and would love to try it! Thanks!
I’d love to try the pad thai!
Trying the Napa Chicken Salad for lunch today, thanks for the promo!
Hi Sarah, I would love to try the Japanese pan noodles.
Bangkok Curry or Chicken Veracruz salad looks bomb
My kids and I love their Mac and Cheese.
The penne rosa is my absolute favorite! Add extra feta and a swirl of sriracha!
I want to try the new Korean beef dish
I have tried the Chicken Veracruz Salad. It is fresher than any salad I’ve had at a high-priced salad place. The flavor is unique yet familiar, & you’re right. You can really taste the fresh-shaved corn. Korean Noodles are next on my must-try list!
Love to eat the Alfredo!
I have been wanting to try the new Korean Beef Bowl, and after your review now I will along with other dishes!
I would love to try one of the buff bowls!
The Japanese pan noodles and penne rosa are my favorite dishes! The JPN has thick udon noodles covered in a sweet and spicy soy sauce. Shrimp pairs perfectly with the JPN.The PR is a creamy spicy tomato sauce that is just to die for and you have to get parmesean chicken on it. Noodles & co. is by far my favorite “fast food” restaurant.
Glad you love it as much as I have come to 🙂
I’d love to try the Korean beef noodle dish! Yum!

Pad Thai!
I would try the Veracruz
Yumm that looks incredibly delicious!
I really love their Spicy Chicken Caesar sandwich! It is to die for!! It’s so good, the sauce they make is amazing!
However, what upsets me is that they recently discontinued my favorite dish, the “Indonesian Peanut Sauté.” I really wish you could have tried it, it was so good and I only went to Noodles & Company specifically for that dish, and now it’s gone. I’m trying to contact the brand for a recipe, but they don’t seem to answer, at least not quick enough. But yeah, that really angered me when I went there and didn’t find it. I’m actually very upset about it all over again now.
mmmm Buff Japanese Pan is top of my list to try and the pad thai!
I would love to try the Mac & Cheese.
