Beach Bum Workout

Looking to lift your booty before you put on bikini bottoms?  This workout video is for you!  This video features 3 butt lifting and shaping moves that require no equipment so you can do this workout at home or at the gym.  Do each exercise 12-20 times on each leg, repeat 3 times to complete all sets and reps.

sarah, this is a question about you 3 favorite butt moves.. i’ve found that my range of motion is limited on the single leg squats when i have my raised leg in front of me. i can go deeper when i have my knee bent/hanging – is that okay? thanks so much! your new site looks awesome. i love your videos :)

Yes, that’s fine. It is slightly easier, but I do it that way as well. It’s more challenging up front but it is almost as good as behind.

Hi Sarah,
Do you have a video which targets the upper glutes (because my butt is kind of flat at the top and it doesn’t give the whole round appearance)? My other question is that if I keep on doing the exercises from your bum series, will I eventually gain muscles in that area, thus making it bigger?
