FAQ

I do not count calories on a regular basis. Once you know how many calories are in the meals your typically eat, you don’t have to. If you have never attempted to track your calories, it is a VERY helpful learning tool and wake up call for many people.

    Good post! I think counting calories and keeping a small journal or using an app like My Fitness Pal is great when you want to lose weight or get started with a new lifestyle. It is really helpful to help manage your intake. Thanks for the video!
