My First Free Fitness Event in Boston

I can’t seem to get the Taylor Swift song “I knew you were trouble” out of my head lately. Then I watched this cover featuring a rock band made up of 50 kids. So good. I put it on my Half Marathon YouTube Playlist to watch it the next time I hit up the treadmill.

Tomorrow, I am holding my very first event in Boston! If you are a fan of my Facebook page you got the invite already. The classes sold out much quicker than I think Bar anticipated. Bar Method members will be able to try samples from recipes on my blog featuring Vega products, and sample the different juices from The Ripe Stuff Cleanse. Sarah Fit readers get to do obviously the above but also take the class for free. I didn’t know how many people were going to RSVP so I started with the small sampling of Facebook. If you live in Boston, make sure that “life” my page for future events. It’s easier to have a dialogue and share event updates on Facebook.

If this is the first time you are reading, hearing about this. There will be more events to come in Boston, and perhaps in other cities as well in the New Year.

I am taking tomorrow off from working out I think. I didn’t realize it but I went 6 days in a row… a little excessive even I admit. Usually I take a day or two off during the week to go running but since I was cleansing, I didn’t want to do anything too strenuous since my calories were built in to the plan. I honestly didn’t realize I went that many times. I think that is a sign of how much I really enjoy going to the studio. Time to start baking for tomorrow morning!
