What day is today? I would normally have no idea, but I did a HIIT ride on my Peloton so that must means it’s Tuesday. Phew! Thankful I have a workout schedule that reminds me of what day it is for the past 6 months.
Even if the kids aren’t going back, it’s still back to school season and that means it’s time to get back into a good routine. I’m not just talking about the kids, I’m talking about YOU, too!

Intermittent fasting is simply an eating schedule with a set window for consuming food and another window for withholding food. A typical schedule is to fast for 16 hours each day and consume all macros within an eight-hour period. This doesn’t just promote fat loss, but a whole host of benefits including improved brain health, increased gut health, better cellular health, and so much more.
During the first couple weeks, I’m here to teach you how to safely begin intermittent fasting, carbohydrate cycle (to tap into low carb lifestyle benefits certain days of the week for long term sustainability) and how to pair your workouts for maximum results. It’s not as complicated as it sounds, I promise and that’s why we dive in slow. Basically we learn the tactics over the course of two weeks and dive in for 4 weeks.
