My Newest Obsession You Didn’t Know You Needed

With the holidays coming up, I’m starting to think about what new fitness products I think people would love or need to have. As a blogger, I get to try a lot of things. I don’t write about the one’s I don’t like. There is no shortage of innovation when it comes to healthy lifestyle items.

Activity trackers, heart rate monitors and GPS watches have come a long way since I started wearing them. One of my favorite watch brands over the past 5 years has been TomTom®. Their newest watch, the TomTom® Spark 3 Cardio + Music might be the best one yet and my #1 pick for anyone who loves working out.

TomTom Spark 3 Cardio
What sets the watch apart is that, not only does it track 8 different types of activities including swimming, indoor/outdoor cycling, gym workouts and the treadmill, but it can also store up to 500 songs! The watch comes with awesome Bluetooth headphones as well.

I was very anti wireless headphones because the Bluetooth feature on my phone eats up the battery, but having the headphones connect to your watch allows you to ditch the stress that your phone is going die. I also loved this feature for HIIT workouts at my gym. I’ve been doing the BBG workouts and the watch not only allows you to create an interval timer, but you now don’t have to worry about the cord getting in the way of your movement or phone falling out of your pocket during burpees.

Other features that I love include heart rate monitoring through your wrist, the ability to discover new running routes outside , and its other lifestyle tracking capabilities that include tracking your steps, calories burned, and even sleep at night!

The route exploration feature is great for anyone who travels or is getting bored with their regular route. You can be confident that you will find your way back home by uploading trails to your watch.

There are so many reasons why I love this watch but I think my favorite part is that TomTom® managed to combine a heart rate monitoring GPS watch and activity tracker into one sleek design. I now get to wear one watch all the time regardless if I’m working out, sleeping or caring for my son.

Spinning with TomTom watch

I wear the watch to spin class, I wear it while I run, at the gym doing my HIIT workouts and yes, at night to see how much sleep I’m actually getting. Last night, was pretty good with 7.5 hours!

If you are looking for the perfect gift for yourself, someone who loves to workout or even a new parent (it’s a great push present) try out the TomTom® Spark 3 + Cardio. You honestly will not regret it.

This is a sponsored post, but I’ve been a huge TomTom fan for a long time. I’m wearing the watch as I type this even thought I already went running this morning. It’s fun to track steps and calories burned throughout the day and not just during your workout. Check out TomTom®’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

    Hey Sarah,

This watch sounds great! It seems like it covers everything you could ever need from a watch.

Does it have any minor setbacks? Or is it really just as good as you make it sound?

    Thank you.
