It all started out as “oh – I’ll try the 5 day challenge since it’s only $20 and see what it’s like – I don’t have to commit to anything” and quickly went to – okay, I’ll try the 6 weeks to now, which is WOW! I can’t say enough good things about this program! I’ve always been a healthy eater and fit and enjoy working out, but I regularly was eating too many sweets (esp. at night) and wasn’t lifting very heavy. So what is the FASTer Way To Fat Loss?
FWTFL is a program that turns your body from being a sugar burner into a professional fat burner. That’s the gist. During the 6 week new client round, I’ll be your coach and teach you the principles and practices that help you do achieve this. This includes intermittent fasting, carb cycling, macro tracking, strength training and HIIT workouts. We intentionally do specific workouts on days depending on our macro cycle.
During the course of the 6 weeks, I coach you and teach you how to do these things!
After the 6 weeks, the hope is that you see progress you love, learn a lifestyle you want to maintain and fall in love with our workouts and community for their results and support. It is not a quick fix program. The results are sustainable and long term. If you want a Whole30, this is not it. We eat our treats every single week. If you eat something that isn’t so great, we move on! There is not start over. We focus on progress over perfection.

I think our workouts are the best out of all the digital platforms. Yes, I love my Peloton but for results, I trust our all-star trainers to create programming that is consistent and easy to follow for success. You’ll never miss a muscle group and the workouts are consistently changing so you continue to see results!
But I love my Peloton…
So yes, YOU CAN STILL USE YOUR PELOTON! I love using my bike on HIIT days as well as active recovery with a fun groove ride.
What about Orange Theory (or other workout programs)?
Yep. You can continue to do other workouts if you want. I’ll work with you to make sure, you’re doing the right workouts each day for maximum success BUT I do wish you’ll give ours a try because I really do think they are better than what is currently out there. It’s like having a personal trainer, we’re telling you what to do each day to see results! Picking and choosing from large On Demand libraries are fun but the instructor doesn’t know what you did yesterday and they aren’t going to tell you what to do tomorrow!
Is it safe to try intermittent fasting while breastfeeding aka nursing?
In my opinion and experience, yes! Here’s why.

Do you have to follow the meal plan exact?
Nope! The meal plans are optional. We have a meat eating and vegan plan you can use for inspiration or follow. Everyone will need to modify to hit their own individual needs.
Is this a low calorie or restrictive diet?
NOPE! Most of my clients eat more than ever and exercise less and see incredible results!

I first joined the FASTer Way as a client in January of 2019, 6 months postpartum. It totally changed my relationship with food and exercise. My milk supply was not effected, I exercised less, I ate more of the foods I loved and yet, my clothes began to fit better!!! I also loved how IF gave me back time in the morning, a typically stressful hour AND greater attention span through the morning. A favorite benefit of IF for me is the laser like focus I get before breaking my fast.
As someone who has ADD and doesn’t take meds, this was a welcome benefit, I did NOT expect!

I am interested in the FASTer program as I am about a year post-partum and haven’t been able to lose the additional weight I gained on my own. However, I’m about to start trying to conceive in the next month so I’m wondering if this would be a bad idea to start the program if I’m TTC?
Any information would be helpful!
Hi Amy! Great question -- you can, but I would just recommend a shorter fasting window so I’d suggest only doing 12 or 14 hours vs the 16 that many clients do!
