Come join me tomorrow for a workout at Recycle Studio at 5:30 in the Boston Common location where I’ll be teaching a special arm series at the end. The class will consist of 4 different spin instructors doing their thang for about 15 minutes each. At the end, I bring you a quick 7 minute arm series to one of my favorite throw back songs from High Schools and one of my current favorites! It’s sure to be the sweatiest, most empowering hour you’ve spent in the saddle in a long time. Plus, you get to enjoy complementary cocktails afterwards!
It’s also a great opportunity to try The Ripe Stuff if you haven’t yet. They will be there giving out samples (you can buy them as well) as will local skincare shop Follain (who features local, clean and pure beauty products). I’m also giving out samples of the brand new sugar free vega pre workout energy mixer to make sure you handle the fabulousness.
