Once upon a time, I worked with a trainer named Joe Dowdell down in NYC. He actually was the first person to tell me I didn’t have an “all you can eat” license which as you might imagine didn’t go over so well as it led to me writing this post.
He does however know his stuff when it comes to fitness. Women’s Health Magazine was the one who brought us together. He gave me this simple ab challenge and I’ve always come back to it.
