The New York Fashion Week might be over, but that doesn’t mean we stopped thinking about how amazing some of the model bodies were. Yes, some are too skinny but many (most) models these days work hard to get definition. This workout is a 10-minute circuit that I would recommend repeating 2 more times if you have the time, for a total body routine you can do at home without any equipment! Enjoy.
