At Expo East, I made sure to grab a few samples from one of my favorite companies, Vega. I tried one of the nutritional shakes the other day and was surprised at how good it really was. I tried to All-In-One Nutritional Shake in French Vanilla.
The shake had a green tint to it which made me believe there were some good vitamins in there. The color did not have any impact on the taste because it was awesome! All I could taste was a yummy vanilla cream flavor. I added 1/2 a frozen banana and almond milk to give the shake some extra substance since it was only 135 calories.
Since I enjoyed it so much, I’m going to stop by Whole Foods later this week before I leave for Hawaii! I just found out I have an amazing opportunity in LA the week after I get back and will need to be showing off my mid section. While I’m a little stressed out now about finding the time for exercise, I’m more worried about the food and drinks!
These little packets however will be great to have on hand to keep me fueled for being social media addict at the Ironman as an Ambassador of Timex. What a busy season fall has quickly become. And to think diet season comes next…
PS! Speaking of diet season, did you see my latest video regarding a NEW diet bet????? Check it out below!
Did you sign up for the dietbet? I’m excited because this time, I’m in it to win it!
Kinda bummed I missed Vega! I’ve been wanting to try their shakes for ages!
Girl you look GREAT! I am sure you will do awesome! Have fun in Hawaii and then LA.
I initially signed up because I just finished my first Dietbet and it was so much fun. I entered yours because the end date is 2 days after I return from vacation and I want to stay on track. (Plus the pot was already past $1200 when I came across it.) I had never heard of Sarah Fit, but I am so glad to have stumbled across your blog and youtube channel. I’m only a month into my journey and I can’t wait to learn more about healthy living. 🙂
