March 1st FASTer Way Registration Now Open!

Ok, here we go for the last time… I was never in a rush to lose weight after my boys were born but then again, we lived in the city and I only had 10 lbs to lose really. This time around, I’m 15-20 lbs heavier than my pre-pandemic/pre-pregnancy weight and well, I’m ready to not be so I’ll be joining my next FASTer Way to Fat Loss round which starts March 1st!

“Tell me about your fat loss program!”

I get a lot of this question in my DMs so here is the deal.

FWTFL is a program that turns your body from being a sugar burner into a professional fat burner. That’s the gist. During 6 weeks, I’ll be your coach and teach your the principles and practices that help you do this. These include intermittent fasting, carb cycling, macro tracking, strength training and hiit workouts. We intentionally do specific workouts on days depending on our macro cycle. During the course of the 6 weeks, I coach you and teach you how to do these things!

After the 6 weeks, the hope is that you see progress you love, learn a lifestyle you want to maintain and fall in love with our workouts and community for their results and support. It is not a quick fix program. The results are sustainable and long term. If you want a Whole30, this is not it. We eat our treats every single week. If you eat something that isn’t so great, we move on! There is not start over. We focus on progress over perfection.

I think our workouts are the best on the internets. Yes, I love my Peloton but for results, I trust our all-star trainers to create programming that is consistent and easy to follow for success. You’ll never miss a muscle group and the workouts are consistently changing so you continue to see results!

But I love my Peloton…

So yes, YOU CAN STILL USE YOUR PELOTON! I love using my bike on HIIT days as well as active recovery with a fun groove ride. Let’s be honest, with the pandemic and baby, I don’t move my body much so even a little 30 minute groove ride isn’t much compared to my activity levels pre-pandemic!

What about Orange Theory (or other workout program)?

Yep. You can continue to do other workouts if you want. I’ll work with you to make sure, you’re doing the right workouts each day for maximum success BUT I do wish you’ll give ours a try because I really do think they are better than what is currently out there. It’s like having a personal trainer, we’re telling you what to do each day to see results! Picking and choosing from large On Demand libraries are fun but the instructor doesn’t know what you did yesterday and they aren’t going to tell you what to do tomorrow!

Is it safe to try intermittent fasting while breastfeeding aka nursing?

In my opinion and experience, yes! Here’s why.

Do you have to follow the meal plan exact?

Nope! The meal plans are optional. We have a meat eating and vegan plan you can use for inspiration or follow. Everyone will need to modify to hit their own individual needs.

Is this a low calorie or restrictive diet?

NOPE! Most of my clients eat more than ever and exercise less and see incredible results!

I first joined the FASTer Way as a client in January of 2019, 6 months postpartum. I totally changed my relationship with food and exercise. My milk supply was not effected, I exercised less, I ate more of the foods I loved and yet, my clothes began to fit better!!! This is mind blowing to me because I was pretty skeptical, and had such a hard time getting away from the WeightWatchers mindset and attitude toward food. But I followed the program pretty religiously, not perfectly but got the 5 workouts in each week, and about 80% stuck to the macros and fasting window. 

I lost 5 lbs (which would have disappointed me 6 weeks ago and I would have thought this didn’t work) and 14 INCHES TOTAL!  With 4 being at the belly button measurement! I am thrilled.
