I’ve done a few of these before but they are always changing with what is going on in my life. Needless to say, a lot has changed in my life since I last shared a “What’s In My Fridge” video. Here is the latest…

What you find in my fridge has a lot to do with what is on sale and who I’m working with too like Chobani and Silk. While this isn’t a sponsored video or post, I only work with brands whose products I use and they are often in my fridge ready for recipe trials and daily pics.

    So many amazing essentials! I always love a good dairy free milk, fresh egg white cartons, raw fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, homemade condiments and more!
